We are now looking for a talented Commis Chef specializing in cake decorating to join our team and help us continue our legacy of excellence.

We're now on the lookout for a skilled Commis Chef who lives and breathes cake decorating and wants to be part of a team that's as committed to craft as it is to culture.

The Role

You'll join a team of passionate professionals, creating stunning cakes and pastries that not only look amazing, but taste incredible. You'll help bring our signature Italian flair to life, every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting senior pastry chefs in the creation of artisan cakes and sweets
• Following production schedules and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs
• Brainstorming and testing new cake ideas rooted in Italian tradition and modern trends
• Keeping the kitchen humming with organization, cleanliness, and food safety excellence

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 2 years' experience in pastry or cake decorating, especially novelty cakes
• Strong technical skills – design, glazing, fondant icing work, piping finesse and buttercream expertise
• An eye for detail and a commitment to beautiful presentation
• Great communication and a collaborative mindset
• A love for Italian culture, flavour, and flair
• Trade qualifications in baking or patisserie are preferred
• Ability to work 12:00pm - 8:00pm, with a mix of weekdays and weekends
