Located in Eastern Heights, Ipswich, Grange Road Dental is a thriving, community-focused clinic with a reputation for high-quality dentistry and patient trust. We're now looking to expand our hygiene team — and would love to hear from you.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Grange Road Dental hygienist , you'll:
- Deliver routine scale and cleans and periodontal maintenance with care and precision
- Perform teeth whitening procedures using professional systems
- Use our state-of-the-art EMS Airflow system to deliver high-standard patient experiences
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and support preventive care plans
- Work alongside dentists and assistants to ensure seamless clinical handovers and treatment planning
- Play a key role in recall and retention strategies, helping re-engage long-term patients
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture built on trust, mentorship, and continuous improvement
- 3–4+ years of experience as a dental hygienist (or equivalent level of clinical maturity)
- Confident in delivering hygiene treatments and whitening.
- Comfortable working independently, while also contributing to a broader clinical team
- A team-first attitude — you're proactive, thoughtful, and respectful to all staff and patients
- Strong communication skills — you're clear, compassionate, and able to build trust quickly
- Open to flexible working arrangements (1–3 days per week, including occasional Saturdays)
