Lilin & Co is looking for one more amazing person to join our team

We're a small, friendly café in Pakenham, and we're currently looking for someone to work Saturdays only. Yep – just the one shift per week, perfect for someone who's after a side gig, a student looking for weekend work, or anyone wanting to dip their toes into hospo life.

What we're after:

  • Someone reliable, friendly, and ready to jump in and help out

  • Experience in hospitality is great, but we're happy to train the right person

  • Barista skills are a bonus but not essential

What you'll get:

  • A supportive team and great vibes

  • One consistent Saturday shift (with potential to cover extra shifts occasionally)
