Designation - Investment Systems Project Manager

Job Location - Melbourne

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    Oversee end-to-end delivery of investment systems projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Engage with investment teams, IT, vendors, and executive stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Roadmap & Strategy:
    Develop and maintain project roadmaps, aligning technology delivery with business goals and investment strategies.
  • Resource Management:
    Allocate resources, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain risk registers and develop remediation plans.
  • Governance & Reporting:
    Establish project governance frameworks, prepare executive packs, and provide regular status updates to senior management and Boards.
  • Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee integration and delivery of third-party solutions.
  • Change Management:
    Lead change initiatives, including training, communication, and post-implementation reviews to ensure adoption and operational readiness.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory requirements and support audit and compliance activities.
