Role - Sitecore Developer / Sitecore Digital Analyst
Sydney (Parramatta), Brisbane or Melbourne (CBD) | Permanent Full-Time
About the role
Working within a multi-client digital environment, the Digital Configuration team supports major projects and BAU deliverables such as website builds, updates, enhancements and front-end configuration changes. You will work closely with our UX team, developers, clients, and analytics team to ensure seamless creation and maintenance of our Digital member portals. 

What You'll Do

• Build and configure web pages using Sitecore editor, ensuring accessibility, UX and design alignment
• Perform content updates and configuration changes across multiple client portals
• Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and client teams to bring websites to life
• Conduct system analysis, testing support, and deploy changes across environments
• Support product demos and requirements workshops with clients
• Uphold digital governance, documentation standards, and change control processes

What You Bring
Must-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP
• Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web accessibility
• Experience in digital configuration, product ownership, or similar roles
• Understanding of the digital SDLC, including testing and release cycles
• Excellent prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• 2-3 yrs experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, SPE, Git PRs, Unicorn Sync
• Familiarity with SQL, Google/Adobe Analytics, and Tag Management
• Exposure to multi-site/multi-language Sitecore builds
• Jira or Azure DevOps knowledge
• Basic understanding of SEO, UX/UI, A/B testing, and Agile ways of working
• Background in Superannuation, Insurance, or Financial Services
