About the role

We're looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team on a full-time basis and provide vital support across our office operations located in Albury North. As the first point of contact for our clients and customers, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our office and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Working a Monday to Friday roster, the successful applicant will gain exposure to a wide range of opportunities to grow their career in real estate, guided by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team.

What you will be doing

  • Answering phone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Maintaining a welcoming, professional reception area
  • Opening and closing the shopfront each day
  • Assisting with Property Management administration tasks
  • Conducting audits as instructed by management
  • Assisting with uploading accounts payable for rental properties
  • Conducting routine inspections when Property Management staff are absent
  • Delivering and collecting post
  • Greeting clients and customers who visit the office
  • Tracking the collection and return of keys

What we are looking for

  • A personable, engaging individual with excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong time management abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • A desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
  • Proficiency with computers and a professional phone manner
  • A current driver's license
