What will you be doing?

Lead the store with energy, strategy, and a customer-first mindset. Drive performance while coaching, motivating, and inspiring a large, diverse team.

  • Lead and coach a team of 25+ to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Implement store strategies to maximise performance and efficiency
  • Ensure a consistent, premium customer experience across all levels
  • Analyse sales data and operational performance to drive results
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and operational excellence
