Looking for a part-time Receptionist role where you'll feel valued, supported, and part of a welcoming team? Join our patient-focused practices at Maven Dental Morley and Maven Dental Duncraig - proudly supported by Australasia's largest dental network.

Wednesdays and Thursdays at Maven Dental Morley, Fridays at Maven Dental Duncraig with additional adhoc days to cover sick leave, time off and holidays etc

Job Description
  • Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
  • Patient Care - provide outstanding care to our patients
  • Responsible for appropriate appointment scheduling
  • Tending to patients' needs in relation to appointments, medical letters, finances and reporting
  • Completing admin tasks in a timely manner
  • Effectively fulfilling admin requirements delegated from clinicians/senior team members
Qualifications
  • Must have Dental Reception experience.
  • Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Exact dental software highly regarded.
  • Must be flexible with days and be able to cover sick and holiday leave.
