We're seeking a Workday Technology Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Practice Team, supporting the delivery of digital-first solutions across HR, Payroll, and Finance using Workday ERP. You'll collaborate with functional leads, architects, developers, and external partners to ensure our technology aligns with operational goals and delivers value for our members, employers, and staff.

In this role you will:

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements for Workday ERP modules (HR, Payroll, Finance)
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and functional documentation
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities across Workday modules
• Liaise with Workday Implementation Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Assist in change management and training to support user adoption
• Monitor project milestones, reporting on progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Solid experience as a Workday Business Analyst in Workday ERP projects
• Demonstrated experience with Workday implementations, ideally across multiple modules, using the approved Workday implementation methodologies (e.g Launch and Launch Flex)
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday, CBAP) highly desirable
