As part of this mission, we're looking for a Digital Content Manager (International Business) to join our team and help shape the future of our Overseas Visitors Health Cover (OVHC) offering.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, developing, and delivering digital content and SEO strategies that grow awareness, consideration, and conversion for HCF's International Business.
You'll be part of a dedicated cross-functional squad focused on delivering seamless digital experiences that educate and empower diverse audiences. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and technical content expertise to ensure HCF's OVHC content stands out in a competitive, multicultural market.
This is an 18 month max-term contract
What you'll do
Develop and implement digital content and SEO strategies to drive awareness and growth for HCF's International Business.
Create engaging, user-centric content that builds trust and supports members through their decision-making journey.
Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and aligned to HCF's brand tone, voice, and digital best practice.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality content across websites, microsites, CRM, and mobile.
Use analytics and insights to track content performance and continuously improve effectiveness.
Lead content reporting, audits, and optimisation projects to enhance visibility and user experience.
About you
You're an experienced digital content professional who combines strategic capability with hands-on delivery skills. You know how to create content that connects with different audiences, particularly multicultural and international markets - and you're motivated by the opportunity to make complex information simple, human, and engaging.
You'll bring:
8+ years' experience in digital content management, content strategy or SEO.
Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats (web, UX, microcopy, SEO).
A deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO/AI search trends.
Experience managing content within regulated or complex organisations.
Confidence using tools such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, JIRA, and Confluence.
Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Highly regarded:
Experience in health, insurance, or finance industries.
Understanding of content for culturally and linguistically diverse audiences.
Familiarity with agile ways of working.
