We're looking for a motivated and reliable
Assistant Store Manager
to help lead our retail team to success In this role, you'll support the Store Manager with daily operations, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and help train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
  • Support and supervise team members
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Help achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain store presentation and inventory control
  • Handle opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
