About the Role
We're looking for reliable, driven, and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a team environment. This is a long-term opportunity within our Manufacturing Division, supporting major clients in the Building and Construction industry.

This role is based in the Bathurst region, with all work being local. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Workshop and site-based work
  • Steel fabrication
  • Installation in a factory environment
  • Pipework services
  • Stainless steel fabrication

About You
You're someone who takes pride in your work, values safety, and thrives in a hands-on environment. Ideally, you have:

  • A Certificate III in Heavy Fabrication (essential)
  • A valid OHS Construction Card (White Card)
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
  • Availability Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work as required
