The team is tasked with maintaining financial instrument market data quality, access and pipeline in support of our trading activities.

Collaboration:
You will partner closely with our Infrastructure, Project Management and Strategy Developer Teams to deliver and manage scalable and highly performant systems to support trading in the region and globally.

For many of our roles, we don't expect you to have prior industry experience in proprietary trading or financial services to succeed at Susquehanna International Group. We're looking for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.

Join The Team As a Team Lead To

  • Lead and manage the reference data team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Participate in discussions regarding system design concepts, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate existing system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize operations.

What We're Looking For
What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a data team.
  • Experience in developing systems to handle critical data sets
  • Strong database and SQL knowledge and understanding of Database Design Principles
  • Experience in Object Oriented Programming and understanding of Software Design Principles
  • Understanding of data structures and static data
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with traders, quantitative analysts and other software developers
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast paced, team based environment
  • Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Advantageous Skills And Experience

  • Experience with C# or Python
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, Jenkins, Morpheus, Airflow.
  • Experience or interest in financial instruments (i.e. equities, futures, options) and markets
  • Exposure to trading environment
  • Familiarity with market data vendors such as Bloomberg and
