About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Technical Support Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and technical support.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional sales and technical support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely manner
- Processing sales quotations and customer orders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product selection, and provide support on applications and troubleshooting
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records within the CRM system (Pronto)
- Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with our existing customers
- Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Customer focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively provide technical advice and product recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
- Proficient in using CRM and other relevant software applications
