Full Stack Developer (.NET) – Federal Government Contract

  • Locations: ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT (Hybrid / Remote with onsite requirements)
  • Estimated Start: Monday, 13 October 2025
  • Initial Contract: 9 months | Extensions: 3 × 12 months

    Must be an Australian Citizen (security clearance eligibility required)
The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (.NET) to join a major Federal Government program of work. You will design and deliver high-quality, well-tested applications aligned with architecture standards and best practices, working within an Agile Scrum Team under limited direction.

This role offers hybrid flexibility with Canberra and interstate options.

Working Arrangements
  • Canberra-based staff: Minimum one day per week onsite (flexible to attend more frequently if required).
  • Interstate staff: Remote arrangements supported, with onsite attendance required quarterly for PI Planning events (travel at vendor's expense).
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and Blazor.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to Agile planning, documentation, and DevOps practices.
  • Build and deploy solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage risks.
  • Identify and implement technical and system improvements.
  • Contribute to Communities of Practice across the Agile Release Train.
Essential Criteria
  1. 3+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer in Agile Scrum teams.
  2. Tertiary qualifications in IT or related disciplines.
  3. Strong skills in C#, .NET Framework, Blazor, and cloud platforms (Azure).
  4. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  5. Proficiency in automated testing and tools (e.g., xUnit).
  6. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with blockchain technologies.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations.
