Job description
We have installed an industrial X-ray machine to be used in the processing of carcases at the plant and need an experienced Electronics Engineer to reinstate, service, test, maintain and run the X Ray machine for the purpose of capturing images of ovine carcases to be used for cut positioning.
This is a 'hands on' position that will require the person to oversea the running and maintenance of the equipment on a daily basis in line with production scheduling.
As this is highly skilled position, you will need to possess the following experience & skills:
- A good working knowledge of industrial X-ray equipment
- Having worked in the meat processing industry
- High standard of hygiene practices & willingness to follow Company WHS policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a team is essential
- Be physically fit
The successful applicant must undertake a full pre-employment medical & drug test as well as having a Q-Fever vaccination or have proof of a prior Q-Fever vaccination.
