Position Type: Full-time or Part-time

Location: Central Byron Bay – loads of foot traffic, great street presence

Hours: Super flexible – we'll work around you (ideally 3+ days/week)

About the Role

We're opening a brand-new medicinal cannabis clinic right in the heart of Byron Bay and are on the lookout for an experienced, down-to-earth prescriber to join our team.

If you're a Fellowed GP (preferred) with Authorised Prescriber (preferred) approval and a genuine passion for helping people, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll be seeing patients face-to-face in a thoughtfully designed, centrally located clinic — with full nurse support, a collaborative team, and a growing, engaged patient base.

Our approach is holistic and outcomes-focused. While medicinal cannabis is at the core of what we do, we're also layering in complementary therapies like peptides, weight management, and other emerging treatment pathways — with a strong focus on optimising patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

FRACGP (preferred)

Authorised Prescriber for medicinal cannabis (or actively working towards it)

Experience or interest in prescribing medicinal cannabis

Passion for patient-centred, holistic care

Comfortable with face-to-face consultations and becoming part of the local community

A team player with great communication and empathy
