Signus Legal is a dynamic law firm specialising in commercial law, property law, and succession planning for SME business owners. Our core philosophy is delivering personalised, client-centric legal solutions—not generic, one-size-fits-all approaches. We evolve with our clients' changing needs, providing legal strategies that align with their goals while ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
That's where you come in. We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join us and help take Signus Legal to new heights. You have a solid foundation in commercial law, property transactions, or estate planning, and you're eager to deepen your expertise across these areas. The work is diverse and engaging—if you thrive on variety and meaningful legal challenges rather than routine tasks, this is the right role for you.
This position reports to our senior lawyer, with the flexibility to work in-office and remotely once you are up to speed. We value work-life balance and understand the importance of adapting to your lifestyle.
What We Believe In:
- Radical Personal Responsibility:
We take ownership of our growth and learning, never blaming others for setbacks. - Full Disclosure:
Transparency and open communication extend to our team and clients—everyone should feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and concerns without fear. - Working To Our Strengths:
We thrive by focusing on our strengths, having fun, and delivering value. - Being Resourceful:
We are proactive problem solvers who find solutions, not excuses. - Constant Improvement:
We continuously seek growth and improvements in how we work and serve our clients. - High Standards:
Precision is everything—attention to detail ensures we provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.
You're good at:
- Applying your legal knowledge confidently across various areas.
- Managing your workload efficiently and accurately.
- Using legal technology tools effectively.
- Learning new concepts and skills quickly.
- Analysing issues and finding practical solutions.
- Being adaptable, motivated, and eager to grow.
- Building strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Getting things done with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Being a positive, proactive team player.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for learning and professional growth.
- A desire to deepen your understanding of commercial, property, and estate law.
- Ability to set goals, plan, and execute effectively.
- Strong self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Confidence in building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
