Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Despatch Clerk, located in Bayswater, VIC. The Despatch Clerk will be responsible for managing the daily coordination of outgoing shipments, preparing and packaging orders, maintaining shipping documentation, and ensuring all goods are dispatched in a timely manner. The role also involves liaising with couriers, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with shipping procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, order preparation, and record-keeping
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of shipping procedures
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory management software
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment is an advantage
