NCG Air Conditioning is a Melbourne-based leader in HVAC and mechanical services, specialising in air conditioning installation, maintenance and repair. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Air Conditioning Technician to join our expanding team. Working closely with our technical and customer service teams, you will help deliver high-quality HVAC solutions to both residential and commercial clients.

This position is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in high-standard workmanship, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include

Ÿ   Assisting with installation, maintenance and repair of domestic and commercial air conditioning systems

Ÿ   Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and airflow issues.

Ÿ   Performing routine servicing and preventative maintenance

Ÿ   Maintaining detailed service reports and documentation

Ÿ   Providing excellent customer service and technical support

Ÿ   Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Requirements

Ÿ   Formal education is not essential - we welcome technicians with strong hands-on skills and proven experience

Ÿ   3+years of demonstrated experience as an Air Conditioning Technician

Ÿ   Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

Ÿ   High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ÿ   Ability to work both independently and within a team

Ÿ   Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Ÿ   Police Clearance
