Ultimate Rehab NQ is a new, locally owned and operated Allied Health business servicing the Townsville area. Our goal is to provide all Allied Health services under the one roof to make life easy for our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering the best personalised services to help our clients achieve their goals. Currently, we offer Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services to the following clients:

  • Support at Home
  • NDIS (self and plan managed participants)
  • DVA gold cardholders
  • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
  • Work Cover
  • GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP); and
  • Private

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to help develop the Speech Pathology facet of our company.

Your role will involve working closely with the management team to create appointment types and structures as well as report templates. You will also have a clinical caseload that can include home visits or telehealth appointments from your home.

Your work hours will be very flexible in the first few weeks whilst we build your caseload. If you are not happy with a casual contract, the option to sub-contract is also available. Once a consistent caseload has been established, progression to full-time or part-time will be available.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with managing own caseload and report writing for different funding streams (NDIS, Support at Home etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
  • Have or be eligible for Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist status
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and AFP Police Name Check
  • Valid Driver's License
