We're on the lookout for a 
Technical Support Specialist
 to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences and support our growing sales team.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line technical support for GNSS hardware and survey solutions.
  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting, warranty claims, and training.
  • Work closely with the sales team to design tailored solutions and prepare proposals.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.
  • Support product demonstrations, roadshows, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.

We're after someone who is:

  • Excited by technology, people, and customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Open to learning and continuous professional development.
  • Experience in the geospatial or surveying industries (or related technical fields) will be highly regarded, but we're just as keen on enthusiastic learners who bring initiative and a strong sense of what's right.
