Warehouse Picker/Packer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team, specializing in picking and packing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience, proficiency with technology and inventory systems, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices to process orders and track inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OH&S requirements.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling, wrapping, and palletizing.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles when required.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (picking and packing experience preferred).
• Proficiency with warehouse technology, including barcode scanners and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.34 – $35.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
