The Opportunity
We are delighted to offer an opportunity for recent graduates to join our dynamic team through the Dexus Graduate Programme 2026. This two-year programme consists of four six-month rotations across different teams within our business, providing you with diverse learning experiences and the chance to make a real impact in the Real Assets sector at Dexus.
Our program allows you to experience, learn and develop your skills in our core business functions, including but not limited to: Capital Transactions, Customer Insights, Funds Management, Investor Relations, Developments, Strategy & Research, Valuations, Leasing, Sustainability, Asset Management.

Our Selection Process
We are pleased to guide you through our selection process, which includes the following key dates and steps:
Apply Online: We encourage you to apply as early as possible.
Eligibility: At the time of application, candidates must hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency. You must complete your degree before the Graduate Programme commences in February 2026.
- Step 1: Online Application via Workday
- Step 2: Complete Video Interview & Psychometric Assessment: The psychometric assessment will evaluate your cognitive abilities, personality traits, and work-related behaviours. This helps us understand your strengths and how you might fit within our team.
- Step 3: Attend an In-Person Interview: Interviews will be held at our Quay Quarter Tower offices in Sydney.
- Step 4: Offers Extended: Successful candidates will receive offers for a February 2026 commencement
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Property Economics, Construction, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field (advantageous).
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Participation in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or volunteer work that demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Engagement in professional development activities, such as attending workshops or obtaining relevant certifications.
Additionally, You Should Possess The Following Capabilities And Behaviours
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail and critical thinking capability.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
