Hotel Receptionist

Moonlight Bay Suites is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist. You must be motivated, driven, with an excellent attention to detail.

Our hotel consists of a 62- self-contained hotel apartments overlooking the spectacular Roebuck Bay in the heart of town a fun place to live, work, experience and explore the beautiful Kimberley region.

Key responsibilities & requirements:

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role in a remote location

• Ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met, ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service;

• Previous hotel reception experience including reservations, group bookings, room allocation, accounts and payments handling;

• Experience in Property Management System (PMS) is essential for the role;

• Enjoy working as part of a team but also possess the ability to work autonomously;

• Resolving guest complaints, and addressing feedback;

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);

• Strong organizational skills with clear focus on quality and standards;

• Ability to be flexible with shifts, a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, evenings and early mornings is required.
