Position: Lead Landscaper / Site Manager

Salary: $45-$55 per hour (Site Manager: $55-$70 per hour performance bonuses)

Your Role:

As a Lead Landscaper, you will:

Supervise and manage a team of 2-4 landscapers on-site.

Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day operations.

Order materials and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely project completion.

Interpret landscape plans and ensure high-quality execution.

Solve on-site challenges and adapt to project needs.

Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction.

Strong knowledge of concreting, paving, decking, retaining walls, and soft landscaping.

Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects independently.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and other construction documents.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Landscape Construction or similar) highly regarded.
