About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated technicians who want to build a long-term career within our company. As a technician, you will be responsible for performing all scheduled services as well as recommending additional services when appropriate.

Every day will be similar yet different, as you will be carrying out a mix of window cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning at different locations across the Mornington Peninsula. You will be interacting with our customers and working closely with our team members on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Solar panel cleaning
• Educating customers on our services and recommending additional options
• Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle & equipment
• Providing every customer with a world-class experience

Abilities & Requirements

• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and roof work
• Good communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

Hours & Pay

• 20–30 hours per week (with potential for more as we grow)
• $35 per hour + bonuses & tips
