KJ Industrial Scaffolding is the Illawarra's leading industrial scaffolding company, specialising in complex and large scale industrial & commercial scaffolding projects. In a time of growth, KJ Industrial Scaffolding is looking for a motivated individuals to join our amazing team to perform daily yard operations and ensure high standards in safety and quality.

About the Role

As a Yardmen, you will work alongside the Yard Supervisor to perform daily yard operations, including but not limited to:

  • Picking, tagging, and loading of outgoing scaffold materials
  • Weighing and counting scaffolding material
  • Accurately enter data into KJ's online system
  • Follow safe work practices and strictly adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and positive work environment.

Skills and Experience

  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Confident in both a team and individual working environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with digital systems and confident in data entry
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and platforms

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

Mandatory:

  • A General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Audio Test

Preferred:

  • Current NSW Drivers Licence (HR or MR preferred)
  • A Current Forklift High-Risk Work Licence (Nationally Accredited High-Risk Work Licence)
  • Experience in Scaffolding Industry
