Primary Skill Area

• Client-facing consultant and together with your team, you are responsible for the delivery of Dynamics 365 projects.
• Mapping the processes that are carried out at our customers in the field of Manufacturing and related processes.
• Collecting the requirements, make a design of the solution that supports and optimizes the business processes of our customers in the best way.
• Together with a team of other experts, both onshore and offshore, you ensure that the desired solution is delivered, tested, and implemented.
• Significant practical and functional experience with the implementation of Dynamics 365. Advanced warehouse management AWM is mandatory skill
• Have a strong knowledge of Manufacturing modules, being Microsoft certified is an advantage.
• The knowledge of the Supply Chain Modules in addition to Manufacturing will be highly appreciated
• Conceptual knowledge of other Dynamics 365 Applications (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Field Services, HR etc.)
• Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Apps, Azure etc

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Retail & SCM, Advanced Warehouse consultant in Australian implementation Projects
• Implemented and worked on Retail/SCM module carrying sound knowledge on Finance/HR/Time/Quality/ Production and Attendance/Sales & marketing on various Legal Entities.
• Worked with Client handled many POS operations.
• Worked on various module like Retail and Commerce, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Inventory Management, Procurement and Resourcing, Organization Administration, Human Resource, Sales and Marketing and Time and Attendance
• Directly Worked with Client on the End-to-End Implementation Cycle on Requirement Analysis/Fit-Gap Analysis/FRD and FDD Design.
• Worked with Technical Architect team on creation of TDD and Customization Analysis
• Worked With Functional Architect team on the Implementation and Pre & Post Go Live phase
• Engaged with Microsoft Program Manager on the Pre Go live Fast Track Engagement Program
• Worked with Tech Team during Development Phase with Discussion and Functional Testing Support
• Worked on Advanced Business Cases in UAT phase and coordinated with MS to get Support to resolve those issues.
• Handled Functional Training session with Client during UAT and Go Live phase.
• Worked on Test Cases/Use cases/Task guide document preparation
• Worked on Usage Profile, Pre-Go live checklist and engagement directly with MS and Client.
• Worked with Tech Team for successful Go live deployment process
• Worked very actively on Post Go-Live phase and Hyper care support
• Worked with Client and Internal team on various Post GO live issue and Support during Hyper Care
• Worked on various Customizations during Hyper care support
• Worked with Project Manager during every phase of the implementation specially on the document creation/Change Request/Effort Estimation.
• Build a process on the Use cases from Business aspect specially for the end users.
• Working on Roll out strategies
