Our client is a well-respected electrical contractor delivering projects across the residential and commercial sectors in Sydney. On the residential side, we specialise in high-end homes valued at $10–20 million, on luxury properties in Bondi and the Eastern Suburbs.

We are now seeking experienced Electricians, Site Managers, or Leading Hands to join our growing team of 18. This is an opportunity to work on prestigious projects with a contractor that values quality, teamwork, and career development.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality electrical installations on luxury residential projects.
  • Manage site works, supervise small teams, and ensure jobs are completed to specification.
  • Liaise with builders, project managers, and clients to maintain standards of excellence.
  • Oversee installations of lighting, power, data, and smart home systems in high-end builds.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS, and company processes.

About You

  • NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
  • 4–6+ years' experience in residential or commercial electrical projects.
  • Strong background in luxury/high-end residential builds preferred.
  • Leadership experience as a Leading Hand or Site Manager desirable.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • UK or Irish electricians welcome – sponsorship opportunities available.
  • Strong commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork
