Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Operations Specialist, based in Brisbane, QLD. The Retail Operations Specialist will oversee and manage various aspects of retail store operations with a focus on enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining store standards, analyzing sales performance, ensuring proper inventory management, supporting customer service initiatives, and implementing sales and operational strategies. The role involves working closely with retail teams to drive success and exceed performance targets, while also consistently delivering excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Retail Operations and Sales management to enhance store performance and revenue growth.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies for continuous improvement.
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and support team collaboration effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and excel in goal-driven sales environments.
- Highly organized with time management skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with retail management software or other relevant tools is a plus.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail operations, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.
