What you'll do

We are currently searching for a switched on Retail Manager to oversee our brand new Ramsay Pharmacy at Pindara Private Hospital. This position requires a passionate individual with an ability to guide and lead others, drive sales, and meet KPI's.

  • Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.

  • Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave

  • Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel

What you'll bring

  • Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar position

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.

  • Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.

Requirements

  • Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay Pharmacy may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
