We need a highly effective Administration person to run the admin functions at our Brightwater centre, in collaboration and support of the centre Director

Our Role

Our Bella Grace Brightwater centre is very excited to welcome a new staff member to the following role:

• Administration - full-time - Brightwater/Mountain Creek - Experience essential. We are looking for strong attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality and efficiency as well as an established track record in administration roles. We have well developed systems and looking for someone who can take them over and manage them to a high standard, refining if need be, and work in alignment and close communication with our lovely Director Jo, as well as front reception duties and communicating with our families and handling queries. Skills and experience

• Hold a current QLD Blue Card (working with Children check) or able to apply for one.
• Have high level Administration skills (can refine systems, manage them to a high level, efficient with a high level of attention to detail).
• Must be experienced in Administration, and experience in Administration within an Early Childhood setting will be viewed very favourably.
• Professional, with excellent communication skills both digital and verbal, and able to effectively deal with parent queries.
