Role Description:

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions and strategic initiatives. This role involves transforming raw data into meaningful reports, visualizations, and recommendations, helping stakeholders understand trends, patterns, and opportunities. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, ensure data accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner. The Data Analyst contributes to continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and supporting the organization's strategic objectives through data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data cleaning, and data validation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and a results-driven mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
