Service Receptionist

About us

TC Classics is currently seeking a customer orientated Service receptionist to join our team. We are a one stop shop that offers all your car requirements from panel and paint repair, to servicing, tyre and rim repair, and calibration.

About the role:

  • Greet customers and prospective clients in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.

  • Scheduling and booking assessments

  • To effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk in business and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.

  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office

  • Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, arrange vehicle collections, and manage booking appointments.

  • Additional Administrative duties as required.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role/industry is preferred but not essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Motivated, positive attitude, and always demonstrate high initiative.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, providing excellent service even in challenging situations

  • Experience with IBodyshop and 1Q1 desirable but not essential
