Leasing Consultant – Ray White Ashfield | Summer Hill

Entry level or experienced | Full-time | Inner West Sydney

Because our property management division is growing, we're looking for a driven Leasing Consultant to join our team.

Whether you're brand new to real estate or already in a leasing role and ready to level up, this is your chance to plug into a modern, supportive, ambitious environment where your development is a priority.

You'll be the face of our rental department – on the ground, in front of clients, making things happen:

• Hosting open homes & private inspections with energy and professionalism
• Being the first point of contact for rental enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins)
• Managing applications end-to-end: qualifying tenants, reference checks & follow ups
• Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and condition reports
• Advertise rental properties
• Preparing leases, bond documents, keys, welcome packs & move-in details
• Coordinating repairs & maintenance with our property management team
• Providing clear weekly updates on enquiry, applications & leasing pipeline
• General admin support to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for tenants 
  
  & owners

Work days: Monday to Saturday with a weekday RDO.

This role is perfect if you:

• Are hungry to build a long-term career in real estate

You'll need:

• NSW Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent – essential
• Valid driver's licence + reliable car
• Strong communication skills – warm, clear, confident, professional
• A proactive, positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Strong attention to detail, time management & follow-through
• Comfort with technology (CRMs, portals, Google products, IRE, VaultRE )
• Ability to work Saturdays (with a rostered day off during the week)
