Gold Fields Australia is currently seeking a Light Vehicle Fitter to join our Fixed Plant team at Granny Smith Gold Mine.

This role is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off roster and is FIFO from Perth or DIDO for the local community.

About The Role
Provide reliable and accurate assistance and practical application to minimise downtime and potential loss of production within the processing team
Practice preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and timely repair of plant equipment
Share and display your maintenance knowledge, expertise, and practical application to minimise downtime and ensure production targets are met
Complete all administrative processing requirements associated with maintenance duties, such as requisitioning of parts and materials, processing maintenance orders
Being available from time to time to be on the plant as an operator/maintainer the plant
About You
Possession of Mechanical or Auto Trade Qualifications
Significant post-trade mechanical maintenance experience working on fixed plant infrastructure, light vehicles, and small heavy diesel equipment
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work within a team environment
Valid Driver's Licence
Possess of Mobile CN crane, dogging, Rigger basic EWP and Forklift tickets preferred
