The opportunity

Our Doctor-led boutique cosmetic and regenerative medicine clinic in the heart of Bondi Junction is seeking a talented and experienced Dermal Therapist to join our team. As a part-time Dermal Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional skincare, non-surgical treatments and a unique niche service on regenerative medicine to our discerning clientele in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Key responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive skin assessments and developing customised treatment plans for each client

  • Support our medical team on carrying out our niche service of providing health and wellness treatments in the regenerative medicine space. Candidates should be willing to learn and train under our Principal Doctor on Regenerative Medicine treatment protocols.

  • Performing a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and operate energy-based devices

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations

  • Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our services through ongoing training and research

  • Ready to step up to the role of receiving calls and arranging appointments when needed

  • Fostering a positive and engaging client experience that aligns with our clinic's brand values

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Dermal Therapy or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dermal Therapist.

  • Exceptional technical skills and a deep understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and advanced treatment modalities

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and guide clients

  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations. And is ready to learn treatments on the skin during Perimenopause and Menopause.

  • A passion for helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals
