- Grow your accounts: Manage and grow a select customer base through smart planning and relationship-building.
- Be a trusted advisor: Understand your clients' needs and align Jotun's solutions to help them succeed.
- Own your impact: Hit your sales targets using Jotun's proven tools and strategies.
- Stay connected: Promote our products through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with key stakeholders.
- Solve real problems: Tackle technical and commercial challenges to keep projects on track and customers happy.
- Drive innovation: Introduce new products and ideas to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Keep it smooth: Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances with professionalism and care.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What You Bring- 1+ year of B2B or field sales experience (more is always welcome)
- A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for building relationships
- Experience in coatings, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus
- Knowledge of Powder Coatings is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker
- Willingness to travel and connect with clients across NSW
- Based in Australia with full working rights
