Casual Florist Wanted – Fresh Flowers Production

We are looking for a passionate individual, who will be leading in the process of providing quality flowers and arrangements for distribution to our clients.

Training and duties will include:

• Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain the flower storage area, ensuring optimal conditions for flower preservation. Planning weekly production schedules.
• Flower Procurement: Source and purchase fresh flowers from local suppliers, ensuring quality and variety. Some early morning starts required.

· Production: Creating floral displays to design specifications.

• Invoicing/packing: Generate and process invoices for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.

Work Hours:

The working are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours 7:30 am and 2:30 pm. More hours will be available as the business is expanding.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in the floral industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work early mornings as needed.
• Can driven a van, but not essential.

· Basic computer knowledge related to office suites, like Microsoft Office, involves understanding how to use the core applications for tasks like creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, along with email and basic internet skills.
