Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architectural Draftsperson located in Castle Hill, NSW. The Junior Architectural Draftsperson will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, collaborating on new designs to meet residential market needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with drafting and construction teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the design process through precise and accurate drafting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architectural Drawings
  • Proficiency in Revit a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • A TAFE certificate in Residential Drafting, or similar
  • Knowledge of NCC, SEPP and DCP's beneficial
  • 1 year or more prior experience in residential construction is a plus
