Employment Term: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Brisbane & Ipswich (community-based mobile care)

Remuneration:

• Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000 (experience dependent)
• Car Allowance: $10,000 p.a.
• Superannuation: 12%
• Quarterly Profit-Share Bonus: starting at 25% of profit over KPI thresholds, increasing each year you stay with us

We're looking for an experienced physiotherapist with strong paediatric capability and community experience. You'll support a mix of NDIS and private clients across Brisbane and Ipswich, delivering care in homes, schools, and community settings.

Your Role with Better Move

You'll manage your own schedule, supported by strong systems, efficient workflows, and technology designed to reduce admin and improve clinical outcomes.

Your caseload will include:

• Paediatrics (developmental delay, disability support, functional skill-building) — required
• Musculoskeletal conditions
• Orthopaedic and post-surgical rehabilitation
• General rehabilitation after injury, illness, or hospitalisation
• NDIS participants with varied support needs
• Neurological conditions
• Chronic pain
• Falls prevention and mobility
• Aged care
• Hydrotherapy (where relevant)

After-school availability for paediatric appointments is required.

What Makes a Difference for Us

We're looking for someone who:

• Has full working rights in Australia — sponsorship not available
• Has paediatric experience in community settings
• Has NDIS experience, including working with families, support coordinators, and allied health teams
• Has report-writing experience, including progress reports, functional assessments, and recommendations
• Has experience across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and general rehabilitation caseloads for private patients
• Has minimum 3+ years post-graduate physiotherapy experience
• Is AHPRA registered and insured
• Holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
• Communicates clearly and documents well
• Can manage a mobile caseload independently
• Can problem-solve confidently in varied environments
• Adapts well to new systems and digital tools
• Holds valid First Aid/CPR
• Has a reliable car and licence
• Lives in or near Brisbane or Ipswich
