About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our team at The Healthy Peach Physio in Grange, Queensland. This is a part-time role, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional physiotherapy care to our clients.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pelvic Health/Women's Health Physiotherapist
  • A degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised tertiary institution
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Formal professional development in Women's Health, such as APA Level 1 & 2 Life Stages and Pelvic Health courses (or equivalent)
  • Well versed across the spectrum of pelvic health conditions (including persistent pelvic pain – or willing to upskill in this area)
  • Willingness to take part in community collaborations and events (networking, small community presentations etc.)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.

  • Available shifts with flexible start or finish times between

  • Weekday 7:30am-6pm

  • Saturday 7am-12pm (Would love someone interested in Saturday or alternating Saturday shifts)

Our director, Marnie Poiner is passionate about treating all people, not just their pelvic floors. Since completing her Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual and Reproductive Health) Marnie has a keen interest in persistent pelvic pain, sexual functioning issues and the prevention of birth trauma. Because of Marnie's passion, The Healthy Peach Physio receives a high volume of referrals for the management of pain and sexual functioning conditions.
