• We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Delight to join our Australia (AU) team on a part-time (contract) basis. You will be the face of RA for our customers in Australia, managing the entire sales and after-sales process in close collaboration with our Japan (JP) team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating closely with the JP team, you will manage the entire customer journey for our clients in Australia. This includes:

• Test Drive Coordination & Execution: Responding to customer handovers from the JP team, scheduling and conducting test drives (mainly in Hornsby), and effectively communicating the vehicle's selling points.

• Quotation & Closing: Preparing quotations while maintaining pricing policies (under AU Operation leader's authority), and handling negotiations to secure sales by highlighting vehicle appeal.

• Vehicle Delivery: Ensuring the vehicle is perfectly prepared (e.g., washed, fueled), managing necessary documents, and providing a memorable handover experience.

(JP) 納車: 車両の完璧な準備(洗車、給油など)、必要書類の管理 、そして記憶に残る納車体験の提供 。

• After-sales Follow-up: Providing crucial post-delivery support, managing warranty inquiries, and guiding customers to appropriate support channels post-warranty.

(JP) アフターフォロー: 納車後の保証対応 、および保証期間終了後の適切なサポート窓口への案内 。

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

• Language: Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level) to communicate effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking customers.

• License: Possess a valid Australian driver's license (required for test drives and vehicle movement).

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Automotive Experience: Experience in the automotive industry with a basic understanding of vehicle features and equipment.

• Communication Skills: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with the remote Japan team, ensuring proper and timely reporting, communication, and consultation.
