We're Hiring Barbers – 3 Positions Available

Join our vibrant team at VALI GROUP, where style meets skill We're looking for three talented Barbers who are passionate about modern and classic hair trends.

Key Responsibilities:

·Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaves tailored to each client's style and preferences

·Apply advanced colouring techniques and chemical treatments including keratin smoothing and permanent straightening

·Create modern and classic hairstyles using professional tools and products

·Consult with clients to recommend styles and treatments based on hair type and facial features

·Mentor junior staff and assist with training to support team development

·Manage bookings and maintain accurate client records

·Promote and upsell hair care products and salon services

·Ensure the salon is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times

·Provide exceptional customer service—from greeting clients to offering refreshments

·Contribute to marketing efforts including flyer distribution and client retention initiatives

·Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve your skills through training

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education: Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV

Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
