Noddy and Brigitte have been proud owners of Brightaire Property Services since 2015 with the company originating from back in the 1980s.
Noddy started working as a carpet cleaning technician for Brightaire in 1987 And has been doing carpet cleaning ever since.
In 2015 the then owner approached Noddy who was an employee still at the time to buy the business and along with his wife who herself has years of customer service behind her they took over brightaire property services, ensuring that the customers still have that same friendly face and customer service they have grown to know and like over the 30+ years.
Brightaire Property services are truly family owned and operated and we understand the need to provide outstanding quality service from start to finish as well as ensuring we remain competitively priced for our loyal customers.
The business has been successful since the 1980s and continues to be successful and grow since the takeover in 2015, with their son as one of their technicians and his wife in the office.

About the Position
The Carpet cleaning Technician is a critical role that is responsible for conducting high quality steam cleaning services for various clients.
● Learning the use of carpet cleaning machinery and how to use the chemicals with on-the-job training.
● Understanding how to clean diverse types of fabrics including stain removal.
● Learning how to conduct flood restoration work including water extraction, reporting and drying equipment installation with on-the-job training.
● Working alongside with our senior technicians daily until trained enough to carry out work on your own.
● Packing and unpacking the trucks with relevant machinery and ensuring all chemicals are topped up ready for use.
The right person will have:
● Experience in Carpet cleaning and Flood restoration (desired but not required)
● Good level of computer skills – as we use tablets on the jobs.
● You have a great level of attention to detail and accuracy, and a high care factor for quality.
● Dependability, reliability and pride in your work is paramount.
Role Particulars
● This is a casual employment with an average 20-25 hours a week with the prospect of going to permanent part time after training.
● Hours may vary (with occasional weekend and nighttime) but will mostly be Monday- Friday 6:30am-3pm
● The pay rate will be from $31-$33ph depending on experience.
