Factory Labourer | Timber Manufacturing | Virginia, QLD

Ready to launch or advance your career in manufacturing? We're seeking enthusiastic Factory Labourers to join a dynamic, tight-knit team in Virginia. 

You'll work in a state-of-the-art, clean facility, crafting timber frames and trusses for construction projects throughout the area.

This full-time position offers stability and the potential for a permanent role for dedicated individuals.

Entry-level roles & experienced roles available 

What's on Offer:

  • Pay: $33–$36 per hour + overtime penalties
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (EARLY FINISH FRIDAY)
  • Stability: Ongoing full-time work with career growth opportunities
  • Environment: Collaborative team in a modern, well-equipped factory

Your Role:

  • Assemble timber trusses and frames
  • Operate nail guns, saws, and other power tools safely
  • Collaborate with a dedicated and skilled team

What You'll Need:

  • Basic experience with power tools (full training provided)
  • Comfort using nail guns or saws
  • Reliable transport to Virginia, QLD
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
