The Opportunity

We're currently seeking General Hand/Machine Operators to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a great crew and high-quality equipment. You'll help produce and finish printed materials, operate machinery, and support general production duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate cutting machines
  • Manual handling and finishing of printed materials
  • Quality check and basic machine maintenance
  • Assist in packing, dispatch and workflow coordination
  • Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
  • Assist with delivery of print material
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in print production (preferred but no essential)
  • Good attention to details and a strong work ethic
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Forklift licence (an advantage but not required)
