We are seeking a QAD Analyst Programmer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working across diverse systems, and is passionate about improving business processes through innovative technology solutions.
About the Role
As part of our commitment to innovation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our QAD ERP system and related business applications. Keys responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective solutions to business challenges with a focus on QAD ERP and associated systems.
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting business applications — with an emphasis on Progress OpenEdge and integration with ERP systems.
- Write and manage clean, structured code/scripts to integrate various business applications and ensure data flows seamlessly between systems.
- Provide end-user support and training across business units, ensuring strong adoption and understanding of systems
About You
You have tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field, along with hands-on experience in software development — particularly with Progress OpenEdge. We're looking for an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you'll thrive in environments where you can take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision.
About the Benefits
In reward for your hard work and dedication there is an attractive and competitive remuneration and benefits package including a competitive salary ($95,000 - $110,000) and excellent working conditions. Relocation and Visa support will also be considered if required.
