About the Role:

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Medical Management Facilitator within our Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care division.

As part of our dedicated team, you will support medical management processes, coordinate medical portfolio functions and facilitate effective communication between medical staff and the Medical Divisional Director. This role is perfect for healthcare professionals seeking to advance their career in medical management while contributing to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• support medical management activities, including medical rosters, medical recruitment and leave management
• coordinate meetings, prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
• provide administrative support for credentialing

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a complex environment is essential to this role.
